I’m Moises Benhabib and I’m running for State Representative in your neighborhood.

Miami is the city that I was born, and raised in. It is the city I love, and it has become unaffordable.

Our property taxes and insurance rates are through the roof, traffic has gotten worse, and the economy isn’t getting better. As a Miamian, I have the drive to enact change and the vision to get the job done.

In my career I have accomplished a lot in a short amount of time. I have worked in the private sector, interned for Senator Marco Rubio, and the Republican National Committee. I started a small business, and represented America as a foreign affairs officer (U.S. diplomat).

Being in public service, for over a decade, has given me the opportunity to travel the world. Yet, I chose to move back home to Miami. I decided it was time to put roots down, and reconnect with family and friends.

Instead, I’ve been greeted with so many family and friends leaving the 305. Mainly, because they cannot afford to stay.

I am the son of Cuban immigrants. My family and I have been able to build a life in Miami, and live the American dream.

I want to do what I can, to preserve that dream. I want to be the change, and stand as your representative for all Miamians. For those living here now, and for the generations to come.

I will always be FOR Miami.
